Galaxy on Fire is a 6.5% ABV India Pale Ale brewed with Galaxy and Loral hops (but mostly Galaxy). A restrained malt profile in this IPA allows the Galaxy hop to bring about aromas of passion fruit and papaya. This clean and crisp beer is medium-bodied and finishes with notes of citrus and dank, that are truly out of this world.
