Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Out of Bounds Brewery, we bring you a refreshing Saison brewed with Hibiscus. Patterned after a Belgian farmhouse ale, our Hibiscus Saison is violet in color from the hibiscus infused during the brewing process. It is refreshing and slightly tart with a hint of phenol character derived from the traditional Saison yeast used in the fermentation process.
