The latest In the Twisted Whiskers series we bring to you a Catharina Sour. Each of Twisted Whiskers has a unique blend of malts to compliment and contribute to the overall flavour of the given sour, for this we chose a wheat beer base. It was then kettle soured with a new strain of lactobacillus which gave a beautiful fruity like characters and a great pucker. Then a whole lot of mango, passion fruit and guava were added to take your mind and palate somewhere far from the cold and snow.
